Q. Are these prices GST inclusive?
A. YES, all prices are displayed inc. GST. Your final invoice will include GST and freight.
Q. What is the Minimum Order Value (MOQ)?
A. You must spend a minimum of $1000 ex GST and freight to place a wholesale order. The website will not allow you to proceed through checkout unless you have reached this minimum value.
Q. How can I calculate freight charges?
A. Once you have completed checkout and submitted your order, a member of our team will contact you with a final invoice inclusive of GST (if applicable) and freight charges. Freight is calculated on a case-by-case basis to ensure we are offering you the most competitive shipping charges.
Q. How do I make payment?
A. Complete your order through checkout and under Payment Information select 'Payment required on invoice'. Payment is not required to place an order through our website, however it is required upon receipt of your invoice, before your order is shipped.
Q. Do you offer Trade Accounts?
A. NO, Peppertown Playgrounds has a strict 'No Trade Accounts' policy and payment in full is required before your order is shipped.
Q. A product I'd like is not listed on your wholesale website, is it possible to purchase other products at wholesale prices which are not listed?
A. The products listed on our website are the most commonly ordered wholesale items. In some cases we are able to offer other products not listed, please contact us to enquire about prices and availability for the product you wish to purchase from us wholesale to see if it is possible. We will accommodate your request wherever possible.
Q. Do you offer international shipping for wholesale orders?
A. Yes, please submit your order through the wholesale website and we will contact you with freight charges.
